I am just so excited to be typing this post for you today. I have been on the lookout for a while for team member, and thanks to Instagram and a 2017 bride, I found one! I am so excited to introduce Claire to you all! Can you tell that I am really happy and […]
So I wasn’t sure about sharing any of these photos. I’ll be honest, I don’t always enjoy sharing photos of myself but if there was ever a time to do it now is the time! We took a look back on all of he wonderful sessions and portraits I captured last year, but we haven’t […]
Ollie and I got to play in the snow together last week! I was just so excited to jump into winter portraits that I couldn’t wait. I had to wait for her to get home from school, but as soon as she walked in with her daddy I was ready! “It’s cold out” was all […]
Wedding Wednesday anyone?? It’s a double wedding weekend for me, and I am just so excited for it! All of my friends are getting married so it makes it so much more exciting and fun. Let’s talk about a very special wedding that I will be ATTENDING next year. Do you have a friend who […]
Hi!! Are you ready to get deep into the more behind the scenes of SZP? I am ready to open up and really share my journey as a parent of deaf children. I was in and out of readiness to share this, mostly because I didn’t know if it was really something you’d want to […]
It’s Friday!! I’m back with a Mama post today and this one is all about my baby girl. Little Miss Ollie is a spunky, spirited 4 year old who acts like she’s going on 16. We are in for a treat that is for sure, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Ollie was the kid who didn’t want her photo taken a lot when she was a baby. When I trie to take even a cell phone snap she’d turn away or cry. That made me so sad!! But, there came a day when she looked at me with those sweet baby blues and she said ,”Mama can you take my picture?” Guys I about jumped out of my skin to say yes.
Happy Wednesday friends!! It is so sunny and nice looking outside, but then I went to take the dog out and was shocked to the frigid wind. No thank you! Today I am sharing a super cute styled party that was a HUGE idea, and with the help of some amazing vendors, I brought to […]
Last weekend, I was in LaGrange, Georgia visiting my besets friend Meaghan. I spent the week there after my conference was over in Atlanta and I had the best time. Meaghan was my first “adult friend”. You know how you have friends who you grow into adulthood with but you always make that first new friend after you’re already an adult? That’s my Meaghan. We are like sisters-down to the clothes we like to wear and the food we like to eat. She is also a photographer (by hobby) and I have ALWAYS wanted to do a girly shoot with her. So, on the last day of my trip I decided that we were going to make it happen…and the magic that came from it is breathtaking.
Friday is finally here and woah am I happy to see it! It’s been a whirlwind of a week for me. How about some super fun, bright, Lisa Frank inspired awesomeness to cap off your week? That sounds amazing doesn’t it? It hits me right in my nostalgic heart and I love it. Well my dear fellow mompreneur and boss lady Katrina threw a workshop full of our favorite neon, leopard printed goodness!
Well it’s been a few days since we’ve been back from South Carolina. I am both happy and sad to be home. I don’t, however, few guilty at all. I think that every now and then parents are allowed to take some time and be hubby and wife again. It was such a refreshing time to just be with Brett and not have 3 littles running around stealing my attention. Even though I was there for work, it still was a much needed rest and I am so grateful I got it.
