Popup weddings are a fairly new trend that is hitting the Pennsylvania wedding scene. If you have no idea what I’m talking about here is a quick rundown: take a huge styled wedding that costs upwards of $30K. Now shrink the guest list to 25-50 people and include all of the vendors coming together at a discounted rate of work. Popup weddings are under $10K and still so, so beautiful. They are often marketed to those couples who don’t want to plan out an entire wedding, or maybe the situation of the world isn’t permitting them to have the huge wedding of their dreams. It takes all of the guess work and months of stress out of the equation. Sounds pretty cool right?
I was a part of a pop-up wedding event in September, and I got to photograph 3 couples in one day. I watched them all come in eager and excited to say I do, then we took some time to grab those just married photos and just as quick as they came in, they left to start their after party or their new life together. 3 weddings in one day isn’t easy by any means. I knew that going into this I’d be doing a triple header in one day. Did that deter me? Not even close! I was so excited to be a part of each of their days, and actually this stunning couple below started as one of my potential full wedding day couples! It was a full circle moment for me with them, and I was so excited that I did end up being able to be with Ryan & Heidi.
Enjoy a look at some of their beautiful moments below!
