How excited am I to share this wedding day with you? Too excited. I loved meeting Brie and Kevin in Chicago this summer, and after their engagement session I knew we’d have so much fun on their wedding day.  I had zero idea just how much fun we’d have though!

The attention to detail that went into this day really just is a testament to how important weddings are.  I know that sounds so material, but when you have 2 people who have been waiting their whole entire lives to say I do to the person of their dreams, the day has to be perfect. Enter the friends and family of Kevin and Brie. They made sure that everything was as it should be as the day went on, and with some amazing organization by our bride, the day went off without a hitch!

I could sit here and tell you all of the reasons why I was drooling all day, or I could just show you and hope you get it. What I actually want to do though is encourage you.  I encourage you to look deeper in these moments. The smiles on their faces, the squinty eyes from laughing together.  The hands that hold one another so tightly, and the tears that flow down the cheeks of some pretty spectacular mamas. It truly was a dream. The ceremony was held at the stunning St. Joseph’s church in Erie Pa, with their reception hosted at The Kahkwa Club. They really couldn’t have picked better looking venues for their classic and timeless vision.

Enjoy going through this day as I did, and keep an eye out at the end for a peek at their rehearsal dinner on the bay that I was also invited to! I love when I get to see everyone before the wedding and enjoy the party with them.  This crew knew how to light it up that’s for sure!
