I live for golden hour, delicate details, and love stories. Let's dive into your wedding together!
Rainy days can cause some frowns and sad faces, especially when you’re supposed to have your engagement photos taken right? Not always!! Ariel and Matt wanted to try and beat the storm with me, and I was ready to go! I always have my clear bubble umbrellas with me, and they came in handy during […]

Halloween- my all time favorite holiday! If you know me well enough, you know that literary and film artists such as Edgar Allen Poe, Emily Dickinson, Anne Rice, and Time Burton are some of my favorite people. They’re dark and sometimes scary, but also sometimes so beautiful. When I decided to put together a styled […]

The autumn is supposed to be crisp, cloudy, and beautiful. Not dreary and cold. However, I have found that the dreary PA weather in the fall can make for some beautiful moments. I met with Mike and Ash at their college campus, Clarion University. They brought along their fur baby Stanley, and he was so […]

Happy Wedding Wednesday!! That’s a thing right? If not it is now! I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with another one of my 2018 couples and let me tell you they are so wonderful! We were laughing pretty much the entire time we weren’t shivering. It wasn’t that bad (I’ve photographed in worse) but it was still cold.

Is it fall yet? It’s hard for me to tell because one day I’m all excited for scarves and boots and sweaters, but then the next day I want to pull out my shorts again! It may look like fall but it definitely didn’t feel like it during this adorable Family session. I was so […]

Happy Wednesday!! Can you believe that tomorrow is already Thanksgiving? I can’t that’s for sure. This year has FLOWN by and at a crazy speed. I wrapped up my final 2016 autumn season with Elliott. Elliott is a senior at McDowell and he was just awesome. Right when we met at Presque Isle I knew it was going to be a great session. He was cracking jokes and so easy going. Elliott and his mom decided to break his senior session into parts- one part during the fall and then later this winter we will do the second half. I am loving this way of doing a senior session recently. It gives SO much more individuality to my seniors’ experience, and it gives us more time to hang out and get to know one another. I have found that the more I know about my seniors, the more I can really tailor their sessions to them! Who doesn’t want a super fun, personal senior portrait experience? I don’t think there are many.

Monday is here…and so is the snow! It’s crazy to think that we had a few days last week that were in the 70’s and now it’s snowing. So in honor of those few days, let’s take a look at Emma’s autumn senior session!

Friday is finally here! I am so grateful to have more time with my family during these autumn and winter weekends. The holidays are coming, and then we start a whole new year. It’s crazy to really sit and think about-go ahead try it now! Last weekend I met up with Lindsay and James at Wintergreen Gorge in Erie Pa. Their wedding is set for next October, so it was perfect timing for their engagement session. I will preface their photos by saying that I am almost certain that I have never met with a couple who were this excited.

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Is it getting cooler where you are the way it is here? MY weekend was packed full of sessions. I love it when people are so excited to get in before all of the leaves fall off the trees. Let’s talk about the D family. Abiguel and I actually worked at the same portrait studio , but not at the same time. When she asked if would do some family photos I was super excited. Of course I would! Anything to help a fellow mama get some memories with her in FRONT of the camera right? We had to move our date around a bit due to some not so nice weather, but I am so happy with the day we ended up up having.
